    C350

    I hava c350 that is blurring the blak.. only the blak.. im looking to adjust the bk dv bias? but.. its not an option on this model, or am i not looking in the right place?
    please advise

    I had one do it, had to change the LPH-Black ass'y. Pn 4036-0563-01. Good Luck.

      wait! before you do that remove the iu's and clean the lens. you can clean the toner off but sometimes it builds a film so clean it with your cleaner and add a very small amount of water to it.

            Yeah I would have suggested cleaning all the imaging unit lens then doing a re-calibration (has always worked for me)

            Let us know how you get on, this could be useful for future reference!

              Try to clean the optical unit and the writing LED bar under the bk IU.
              Then perform the "Gradation Adjust" procedure in tech service mode.
              If it doesn't get better try to change the bk IU.

                I encounter that on all colors. Use the cleaning wand and use alcohol. Push down real hard and scrub back and forth. Then wipe with a dry pad. It will solve your problem.
