c252 cannot do gradation gives error when scanning test sheet.

hi guys need some help or some ideas with c252 giving me some trouble with adjusting gradation..

Try something like this...

I'm not sure is this the problem, butt you can try.


Turn off machine, wait more than 10sec and turn ON.

When the machine is "ready to scan":
1. Call the Service Mode to the screen.
2. Touch these keys in this order: [Imaging Process Adjustment] → [Initialize+Image
Stabilization].
3. Press the Start key to start Stabilizer.
The Start key turns orange and stays lit up orange during the Stabilizer sequence.
4. Stabilizer is completed when the Start key turns green.

Then try the gradation adjustment.
