P21, P5 Codes for C253

I am getting P21 & P5 codes on C253. Transfer Belt Unit Replaced. Service Manual Directs to Replace PRCB & PH.
Machine is in very Remote and no closeby machine for swaping.
Any Quick Solutions / Suggestions. Any perticular setting OR other faulty part not mentioned in Manual?
