c 203 7218 jam

Good Morning! I have a cust with a c203- jams at finisher with codes 7218- started off with about 3 jams every 100 prints, quickly became constant. This m/c has about 78 k on it.
I'd love to hear from somebody who has had this problem before!

well let's start with service manual
7218 - finisher transport section misfeed
Relevant electrical parts:
- paper exit sensor ps25
- entrance sensor ps1
- transport sensor ps2
- fs control board
- MFP board

First make sure that finisher and transport section are properly aligned (you didn't mention what kind of finisher is it) . Then check sensors and paper movement (where exactly jams).
