Konica 7045 - Left door open

Hello,

Have persistant "Left door open" error. This is new problem as I replaced the front door switch about a year ago on this ancient machine. The left door micro switch checks fine (clicks and has 0 ohms when closed - also held closed and powered back up with same message)

Any thoughts very appreciated, it does have the finisher assembly which fits a bit sloppy but I see nothing wrong.
