    c451 C2650 code

    i have a c451 with c2650 code it will clear but copy quailty is pixeled out ,i replace yellow chip b4 code can anyone help please!
    If at First you don't succeed remove all evidence of ever trying!

      This code is a "backup Media Error" T/S steps include replacing the PRCB, firmware update. The sevice manual recommends you check for other codes associated with mis-installed I/U and since you mentioned you replaced the yellow chip (I assume you have some way to reset these I/Us) I would venture to say this is where the true issue lies. Try replacing the Y I/U with a new unit. EMujo

          Service EEPROM board (SVERB) has failed.

              thanks papercut it was the Service EEPROM board (SVERB).replaced today only issue i had license management error, but repaired that and all was back to good quaility output
