Is the toner trying to turn and failing, or is it not even trying?

Clean the toner hopper, sensor, and check the gear too, On your developer check the gear if its turning.

had a simalar problem on a di620, my fault that i hadn't fixed the rear panel on correct and there a sensor bottom left corner, (don't know what it does machine still copies but toner bottle will not turn) that needs to be blocked, have you had the back panel off or has it been moved??/??//?
