    Krtaoufik,
It would help us if you would post the code you are having and the model
of machine you are looking at. Otherwise you may get the wrong advice.
That way we can go to the manual and give you the right info.

Thank you for posting the model. Now what is the code you are having?
Some codes reset after the machine is repaired and some codes need
to be reset by the tech after the machine is repaired.
Do you have the service manual for BH 350? Is this the color or BW 350?

It sounds like someone has changed the admin pass code. The new bizhubs do not use all "0's" anymore. It has been changed. I do not post pass codes on public forums but I am sure someone else will. Or look in the service manual.

                  Krtaouik,
I read the manual. If you are having trouble entering the service mode,
the book sez, the default is 8 "0's". If someone has changed this you will
need to get the code from them. Or sometimes you will need the admin
pass word. Otherwise the book sez you will have to replace the ram.
You may have to contact someone locally that works for a dealer.
It may cost you a service call.
I don't think I can help you. Sorry.

                  DR
