The units are in one piece. The only way to do it is to send a RMA(return Autority) to konica and replace it under warrenty.

xcopy is correct. These unit are known as "black box" units, and are not able to be repaired. The only option you have is a new fusing unit (p/n 9J06R70611)

Steal the lamp out of the fixing unit that is being replaced, good luck
