C6501 Duplex Jam on Heavy (but in spec) cardstock

I Have a C6501 - a lot of jams on Autoduplex. The paper I am using is within spec -- and uncoated - only 216gsm actually.

I jams whenever I try to run more than 1 sheet. If I send 1 sheet - it doesnt jam.. if i send 2 or 3 -- it jams.

There are a lot of settings that I can adjust.. but not sure what I can adjust to reduce the chances of it jamming.

        I agree.

Jam codes will reveal what is really going on.

Give some jamcodes and then you'll get some advice.
For instance: paper feed sensor directly after fuser
