Konica Minolta 8050 don't pass 256 gmp paper at all

Hello,
8050 misshandle paper over 160 gmp
but esspecialy 256 gmp

the paper don't pass trough fixing unit . Papers stop at the entrance.

IN the counter the machine report show that there was no prints over 160 gmp at all on this machine.

How that ?... It has over 800.000 copy & prints ...
What to do ?

I put the fixing unit to another 8050 and the behavior is the same.

Now , more than that, coming back , error code SC 33-01 appears.

prints are made in made "face down " - How Could I change this setting ?

it s ok about the carcteristics of paper per tray and by pass

...
another thing is that all prints are made in face down mode

we've tried to set face up
but with no result

If someone have any suggestion ...

the things could be related togheter ? ...
