Hi, Can someone please send me the latest firmware for the bizhub c350. My authorization starts with the 351, so i can get other firmware, but not c350. I can provide other firmware for you if you need it. I have a machine DOWN! Thanks

Real mature guys, I've been a tech for almost 22 years. If you know anything about the NEC line which I carry they started with the Bizhub 351 series rebadged as NEC. That is why I dont' have firmware for the 350. If any one really would like to help let me know.

Sorry bud, I don't like to come down on real techs... just the ass hats as of late that all they want is firmware and manuals.

On the KM site once you are logged in you get access to everything. (you didn't say NEC at first you said it was KM ((or that's how I read it))

Will KM firmware work on an NEC box?

I feel a little better.
It is a bizhub c350 engine . Nec uses the KM firmware. Boot up screen still displays original engine manufacturer on these boxes. Crazy huh.? Still need firmware though.
