    fn 117

    we have a bh-2510f w/fn-117 that gives a c0b0a just about every morning when the customer comes in and turns the machine on. we have swapped the finisher w/a known working finisher and this condition keeps coming back. we must be missing something else, but need to see what else we are missing.any help would be appreciated. rb12

    I would imagine yourtalking about a C0BA0 code which has to do with the trays accent and decent failure, there not reching a sensor in a given time...... Are you sure that the trays arent in wrong or not seated properly? Things to check, upper and lower limit switch's, home position sensor, make sure nothing is binding

      Also check that the finisher trays are actually screwed in place, rather than just placed there. If they're OK, check the level of front to back of the whole raise/lower mechanism. Perhaps upon descent, the unit hit a wastebasket, or box, and are out of whack.
