I have a big problem with this copier, when i want to make copies the scanner begins to tremble, then an abort message appears on the display and the copier starts to initialize again. What Can I do to solve it .

First thing to check would be if the foil, which is sticked along the exposure lamp, doesn't have cracks. If so they can be easily repaired with conductive paint. Some guys even soldered the cracks together which I never did. For me the paint worked fine.

Maybe the scan motor or its driver pwb has gone down?

the problem was the exposure lamp. the foil was broken. thanks everybody for your answers.
