Touch Screen Problem on KM C500

Hello everyone, i have a problem trying to adjust the sensitivity on the touch screen panel on a Konica Minolta C500 It will not respond to touch commands on the lower end of panel. Do i need to replace the panel? I tried adjusting it from Key Operator Mode but since it does not respond im getting nowhere. Thanks

Squeeze a business card between the touch screen and the edge of the control panel. Sometimes debris gets stuck in the gap.
