Hello,

Before a day we did a 500k maintanence on ineo 600.Now there is a problem with random paper jams in duplex.Single sided page face down jams too.Face up page doesn't jam.
Had someone experienced such strange behavior when evrything seems fine and the machines is almost new oO?

U need to replace the black foam covered turnover roller on the exit side of the fuser. It gets a really worn grey look to it. It causes those jamming issues.

Also check the gear with the one way bearing for the foam roller (anti curl roller) they can be put on backwards
