C450 / Anyone had this??

    C450 / Anyone had this??

    Machine comes to ready, control panel lit, but won't take any input. Can make copies one at a time with start key, but that's it.

      Check if you have any stuck keys. Otherwise, you could have some panel connector problem or even a firmware problem.

      These are just wild guesses, though.

          Yeah, I would check for a stuck button as stated above.
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

              Had a unit do that to me a few months ago. I updated the firmware and all was good. The "stuck button" was my first guess, but after further troubleshooting, had to go the firmware route. It worked for me. . . . . Good Luck.

                  Just had this happen 2 days ago, utility button wouldn't do anything and it wouldn't scan to email anymore. Machines web page wouldn't come up either. Flashed it to KO and it works fine now.

                  These NVram issues as of late with the Konica's might be the death of them.

                      had that same problem, updating the firmware took care of it.

                          these might help had same problems with c250 c252 c450 had to replace lcd unit
