Konica c450 - No Administrator Settings

    Hello,
We have a Konica C450. I'm trying to print out the monthly detail for our accounts. However, when I hit the "Utility Counter" button, there is no option to select "Adminsitrator Setting." The only option availalbe is to "check consumable life."

If anyone has any guidance to provide on how I can get to the Administrator setting, I'd be ever so grateful!
    Thank you,
    Summer

You have a stuck job. Turn it completely off (both switches) and fire it back up, wait a few mins and then try again. Might wanna try disconnecting the network card or fax line if they are on the box.

Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
