The DNS settings can be set manually thru utility, admin, code # (usually 00000000 or 12345678), admin 2, network setting, network setting 1 and the DNS settings are in the upper right corner of the display above the SMTP. -
Thanks, but I'm looking for a way to set the DNS server by its name not IP-Address.

Hmmm...
According to the user manual, network scan operations phase 2.5, you should have an entry location for the SMTP host name right below the IP address entry.
Verify the firmware is up to date, at least phase 2.5.
