    KM c350 trouble 2nd face

    Hi! I think not all u remember my problem "dropping color" like attached photos ,okay it's done but now it's back with another type :
    the printer print well in first face with out dropping but in second face it's dropping colors not all printed pages it's like 10 pages right and 10 wrong
    by the way it's occurs specialy with glossy offset paper.
    Is that because bais voltage is wrong .e.g......help me please!

    Looks like paper settings are incorrect for the stock being used. On any KM Color machine paper settings are important. They lead to about 80% of our copy quality issues.

        This is a good start for the more common cause of this issue.

        Also, the transfer belt bias plates tend to also become oxidized and can cause colour drops.

        And in rare cases, the HV board has intermittent faults or poor conductivity to the bias plates. Star washers on the back side of the board (physically soldered to hold them in place), so they make full contact with the tin plates when the board is remounted.
