I'm wondering if anyone has seen this, and if you have a fix for it. I have a C452 brandnew out of the box giving a P-28 code 5 seconds after the copier is turned on. Can't continue with set up because gradation fails due to P-28 code. I've changed the IDC sensor assembly, transfer belt and all imaging units...still getting P-28. My next option is to start looking at High voltage units and control boards. But I wanted to see if anyone here could give me a heads up before I go that route. Thanks in advance.
