    DI 3510F print with lines

DI 3510F print and copies with lines , i thought it's the IU, but first (50-70 pg) copies/prints are clean and after that they appear with lines, it's the IU or something else ? if i open the fuser/duplex door and wait for it to chill, 50-70 or so copies are normal .....

it's not from the fuser, because i've opened the door when printing , and the line's it's there before the paper enters the fuser , it's like excessive toner doesen't clean after one job to another this happend only on a tight line and i don't know what's the relation between this and warming up , is this some kind of symptom of IU on the way to leave me ?

did you try to change the IU? Maybe the cleaning blade.

if i have problem with blade...i shall see problem after 4 or 5 copies. You have lines but do you have a white dirty on the copy?If yes,the ATDC value is not good and you have too many toner in the developper unit.

The cleaning blade may be defective, replace it.
