call a tech!!!!
If you are not going to call in a qualified service tech the easiest thing would be to replace the fuser unit. If it is not the fuser unit then the problem would most likely be out of your hands to resolve without qualified technical service. The image control and printer control boards may be the next likely suspects, which would require replacement and firmware reprogramming.
