hi my boss has asked me to find out how to cure this error. please can someone help! can you tell me what this code means and how i can cure it.

kinda hard cos its out of warranty i think and for some reason they cant ring for an engineer.

This error has to do with the charging section. You can try turning off and on, but sorry, Matt it is not something that can be resolved by an end-user. I am sure that there is someone locally that can work on the machine for you, even if it is out of warranty. Save yourself and your boss more downtime and call a tech.

Just a guess....

Maybe he says to build a charge grid from chicken wire, and a new corona wire from embossed dental floss ?
