Konica Minolta Bizhub C450 yellow toner

Our yellow toner isn't functioning properly. It properly prints the outline of the image, but the inside of it is very faint or not yellow at all. This is only happening with the yellow color, not either of the others (or with the black). This is true for images that we want to be yellow, or other colors that utilize yellow. For example, when trying to print green, only the blue is appearing. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Yeah pretty much. Ya might get away with a force add toner (if you know how to get into tech mode) and that "might" fix it. But usually you'll have to replace the imaging unit.

Clean the l.e.d.s first. see if anything changes. Just may have toner dusting.

I had several problems like this with bizhub color series. For me the problem is the Image Unit has to be changed.
