PB-501 msg Impossible to perf.bind because body is too thick.

Hello there to eveyrone.

We have an issue with PB-501 on C6501 with RU.

When trying to perfect bind a message appears on the controller tab (IC303) and says that "Impossible to perfect bind because body is too thick, please abort this job". When we abort the job the printed documents is released from cover paper folding operation (clamp section) and they fall down to cover paper table section.
If you look at paper jam history you will see an J76-98.

We have update to firmware V.20 but nothing happens.

paper setting's are:

Tray 1, plain paper, A4, 81-105gsm
PB Tray, Coated GL, Custom size (297mmx452mm), 136-162gsm
IC-303

I thing problem is somewhere is clamp section because when I try manual PB (CN5 is connected) doesn't work properly. The glue unit hit the clamp wich is in 50 degree angle and not in 90 as it must be.

Friday I made a new installation of CW5 and I try to PB 30pages without a problem !
But I must test it more I believe. I will also try to sent you photos from Monday now
