Bizhub 222 code 02557

Apologies for this post . I am a ricoh service tech 10 years. Our company has inherited a customer a bizhub 222, which scans and prints. They rang to say there is a code on the machine "02557". I am about to go to the call. I have never even looked at a bizhub machine before, i have no service manuals etc. so i am going to the call blind.
Apologies for asking and I hate doing this but has anybody any ideas of what ia am about to face, and possible solutions

Atdc sensor issue

• The scanning value of the ATDC Sensor is less
than 7 % while the IU Motor is turning.
• The scanning value of the ATDC Sensor is more
than 19 % while the IU Motor is turning.

A.K.A.; bring a drum & developer with you. This model is VERY touchy. Make sure you remove the toner bottle when running F8. Make sure the entire Image Unit is out of the copier when you reset the drum & ic & developer counters. Run F8 QUICKLY after closing the righthand door, after re-installing the fresh drum unit. Good luck.
