Hi Friends,
Please share your ideas about this matter.

Problem : very weak image transfer on the paper.

Good image is producing on the drum. but transfer to paper is very weak. I cleaned all the contacts and image transfer corona unit and the high voltage board also. but still the problem exist.

Please give me your suggestion about this matter.

maybe take off corona transfert and reinstall after (some time i have this problem; first try air canet on the corona and after take off and reinstall)...i don't like this modele (many problems)

The wires could be bad or the post has corrosion. Swap the unit out with one from a working machine to tell

First thing coming up in my mind is paper and/or humidity but I'm sure you checked that already...

I replaced the whole corona unit. but no result

I had the same trouble on C451. Fine image on tr. belt but poor quality in the paper. I changed everything ..... finally the parameter board (EEPROM board) was the guilty.

mY PROBLEM WITH THIS MACHINE STARTED AND IS NOT YET FIXED WITH A PROBLEM SIMILAR TO YOURS. aFTER SOMETIME STARTED A LOT OF ERRORS C-2803 AND THERE I DISCOVERED THAT A TCR SENSOR ( THE SENSOR YOU FIND IN TO THHE DEVELOPER UNIT) WAS DAMAGED. i`M STILL WAITING A NEW ONE TO SEE THAT SOLVE ALL THE PROBLEMS.

In case of bad TCR senzor there is no good image on the drum.
