What is the easiest way to scan from Bizhub 250C

I am trying to scan documents and pictures from my Bizhub 250C and am having no luck. It was setup to scan using FTP but my computer crashed. I am running Windows 7 and my router is a 2wire with ATT. I have tried scanning to email with not luck. I also tried setting up FTP and SMB with no luck. What is the easiest way to do this?

Please help if you can.

It depends on your complete setup and what you are trying to do. Normally I just use SMB. I use email only if their is an onsite email server. Never use FTP, but that is just me. SMB isnt too hard, just need a FULLY SHARED folder on the root drive of the computer, and you might have to either disable your firewall or add an exception(if you have access and know how). What type of errors are you getting?

For scanning to FTP, you need to make sure that you have an FTP server running.

I know these instructions are for XP, but the principal is there for Windows 7.
