just set up my first c220 and thought I would let everyone know what I came across today.
in the page E5 section X11 it says touch image process adjustment. then on step 4 it says touch tcr toner supply. w hat is missing to get to that step is you have to go into manual toner add. then the tcr screen comes up. then you touch all 4 colors and hit the start key. at least I hope I did it right. the machine is set up correctly and the machine is working great. copy quality is excellent
