    pls help very funny problem on this machine..

    all copies are reduced to A5 irrespective if one prints or make copies off the glass or the doc feeder.

    i have inialised the machine and reset all settings to defaualt and factory but the problem still exists...


    all the pcodes are also showing..p6,p7,p8,p9,p21,p23

      Check destination settings. Maybe currupt firmware.

          Had similar issue, turned out to be corrupt firmware as joesf suggested.

              Thank u .. I have relaoded firmware and updated to ko version ...but the problem came bach after a week... Any suggestions ...
