    B421 Scanning

    Hi all,

    When scanning to email on 2 brand new B421 the customer is saying that after about 4 pages the machines say not enough memory. Has anyone had this problem?

      In short yes, what firmware version is it? And does it have the hdd kit installed? The hdd makes scanning work SOO much better!

          Hi,

          Thanks for your reply. No hard disk is not fitteed i understand this will improve scanning perfomance but sure a 421 is capable of scanning more pages than 4 a b250 can. I will update firmware see if that solves issue.
