    bizhub C450 C-2557 help!

    Hi guys,

    I have a bizhub C450 which is intermittently showing C-2557 black Low density abnormality.
    I have changed the black IU which cleared the error. It has come back the day after.

    The black toner drive is working, any pointers for where to look next?

      So, new iu. Toner addition motor turning. ok, is toner actually getting added? or is there a blockage stopping it?

          Yes the toner is getting through.

          I have been over this afternoon and ran the "TCR Toner Supply Black" with a fresh black toner bottle and it seems to have cleared the error for now.

          The toner in use is a copy from PPC, is anyone having problems with this toner?
