Bizhub 210 crackling

Hy all!
The copier has 160.000 copies on counter. A few days ago, it started to make crackling noise from imaging unit. I found the drum charged with developer at one side. I cleaned it, it worked about one day, but today started again to make crackling noise. The drum was again dirty at the same side. What must I check? The seals on the magnetic roller are good. Thanks in advance!

Take it out and try to rotate the drum with your hands, you should hear the noise. Most likely one gear is broken.

On a BH210? I think you may be getting mixed with the color machines.

OOPS! Sorry I was thinking of different post. Any Way. Open the top of the imaging unit and look at the waste toner auger. sometimes mylar and little gears get loose in there.
