Bizhub 250 no duplex option

Hi guys
I have b250 that has been running for 2 years now, all of a sudden the duplex option for the machine disapeared for some reason the adf duplex option is still there and we havent worked on the machine before this problem.

If the switchback unit is unplugged, it will disable the machine's duplex function without throwing an error code. Check and make sure the two connectors for the switchback unit are seated properly.

Yeah what he said. I would assume that you are refering to walking up to the copier and not printing.

have you ever checked the duplex cable? or try to total clear your bizhub. Next, try to rewriting the firmware. I hope these solutions can help you..

switchback can just be bad, will cause that
