Just a tip. Don't delete the files from the CF card with windows, it creates a recycle bin file that screws it up.
Cut and paste somewhere else.
With the right disk tool you can format it. Think its Xfat.WhateverComment

You dont need any special firmware to delete the files. Just cut the files and replace with new files. Go to another BZ600 that is working and copy files from them. Much cheaper to just buy new cards and copy that information and store on hard drive in case another machine has similar problem.Comment
