Kinoca cpp650 copy quality magenta bkgnd.

One of my techs have a problem with a Magenta background appearing on his copies. He replaced DV, Drums, corona. Problem still exist, he performed factory reset and copies came out clean, worked for awhile, then problem comes back. If he performs reset it disappears for awhile, any suggestions. Culd it possibly be the potential sensor?
