      Sorry...just kidding

What Jam codes are you getting with it. Is it doing Duplex or single sided. Is the image fused on the paper or does it not get through the fuser at all?

      Cheers

i have had this a meny of times 1st check the 5 pick off fingers on the front of transfer belt unit if any one finger is flipped in it catches the paper, then replace 2nd image transfer roller, then check the sync roller cleaning unit check the thin metal ground tab near the release tab for that unit clean off the built up grease and make sure there is no gap between the metal tab and brass bushing . bend tab if you have to. good luck

Yeh. I've had those claws flip back.

Its worth giving the registration roller (sync roller) a clean too. Use WD40 and a clean cloth or, if you have it, some rubber cleaner. Rub it till the roller is dry and has a better grip. Hope this helps.
