    C353 - Right Door won't open

    Hello again, guys!

    Just got a call from a colleague who's servicing a C353 and now he's asking for my help because the right door just won't open - and it never happened to me, at least in that family of machines.

    Any hints?

      probably a broken back latch. when pulling up on the release lever it is only releasing the front one is my best guess.

          Well, after some time trying to open it gently I lost my temper and gave it a strong wank - breaking the transfer belt's right handle. Thankfully the machine works just fine without it. Still don't know how it happened - maybe the transfer belt (the part being serviced by my colleague) wasn't fully seated, but we'll probably never be sure.

              Not sure. The transfer belt is held in by 2 screws so can't see how it could have not been pushed all the way in unless he didn't put them back!
