Minolta C500 PRO error SC23-10

Dear friends:
I have a C500 in sevice and "she" ( I am going to think this machine are female...) got me a lot of trublle.
So this is the story: after I get SC 23-09 eror I change the DC Brusless motor (26wa-8001-3)
in the same time I change the belt cleaner unit and clean the waste tonner way.
So now I get another error code: SC 23-10.
The differences are now the folowing: the belt drive motor are move the tranfer belt just a little anthe came the error.
Please give some help!

I have exactly the same problem. sc 23-10 showed up after replacing the motor and cleaning waste pipe assembly. Any help in resolving this will be deeply appreciated.
