    Bizhub 500 firmware

    I have installed the firmware on a bizhub 500 but when I finished and restarted the copier the screen went blue and nothing is working. Is their a reset or override to bring the copier back up.

      That would depend on what version you upgraded from > to..

              you need to send boot file after jumping past ver 20......
              just send boot file.....data light will flash......when thats done...than do your new f/w
              Everyone has the right to be stupid. Some people just abuse this privelage more than others

                  My service manager is having a nightmare with firmware on a 501. Machine kicked him out when he put 13 in. Tech support said it wrecked the card. Told him to pull a card from a working on and copy the data to a new one then start over.
