    Konica minolta c13c8

    KONICA MINOLTA 8031 (MINOLTA CF 2002)= C13C8
    How can I reset the conter from the image transfer belt ?
    I have changed the glass resistor from the transfer image belt with a 6miliA one.I have used also 4,5,and 8 miliA. It should get burned and the counter reset.
    Instead the resistor dont burn and it appears after 2 seconds =ready to copy= and immediatelly the error code C13C8.
    I have changed also the image transfer unit with another one, but it appear the same code C13C8 .Any one has get this situation before .How can it be solved without changing PWB IO?

      CF2002 issue with resetting transfer belt

      a commponent is blown on the control board
      we have found that it usually a driver IC or a transistor

          Problem solved.Someone told me that the glass resistors have not a good quality, so...
          I have changed 6 glass resistor from the transfer image....The 6 th ( 6 miliA) has broken and the counter was reset.
