I have a di 3510 and there is no combine tapb on the screen, the user settings are correct for allowing this function but there is no tab for it, the machine will not double side either, yet, there is a duplexer on it and it is propperly connected.is the duplex function related to the combine function?and wouldnt there be a code for a faulty duplex unit when it tried?

You activated the function limit in tech. rep mode.
Go to tech rep mode (Utility-Meter Count- press : Stop-0-0-Stop-0-1). Enter password : 00000000. Select Tech. rep choice - System Set - Function Limit (set to OFF). Exit when finish.

thanks ill try this, is the duplexing tied to this as well? i was un aware, i have seen many 3510,s biz hubs exctra and have never ran into this missing function, thanks again for the tip. ill post resultsComment

yes the function limit was on???? im not sure who dod this but thanks for the clue! now they are combin ing all thise pesky insurance cards and ids on one page!! LOLComment
