bizhub c450 finisher with punch option, punching intermitantly

not a 100% sure on what exact modle of punch unit it is, but its the 4 hole punch unit for c450 finisher, intermitantly punching, replaced punch pwb and ran through set up in manual, checked all settings and sensors, cleaned timing disc for sensor and sensor control board. any idea's where to go next?

no error cdodes being logged and not jamming, at a complete loss lol

the finisher is the FS-603 and i belive the punch unit is the PK501 if that helps clear things up for ppl lol

Does it try to punch or does it just not go through the motions at all?

I had the same issue about 5 months ago, I swapped the unit out with a new one and still have the same issue, I reflashed the machine with the lasted firmware (at the time) and the problem went away and its been 5 months and not a single issue. But what got me was that i put that punch unit into another FS-603 and it worked perfect. Not sure if this will fix your issue but It sure did get my ass out of the ringer. lol. Good luck man.
