    Error Code F-32-2 Konica 7020

    Hello,

    Anyone know what's a F-32-2 on a konica 7020. Thanks in advence!!!

      30 codes should be fuser.
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

          Like RRogers said, 30 codes are fuser related but I don't find F-32 in the service manual.
          To reset, go to 25 mode, dipswitch 3, bit 1 to zero.

              try to check the fan motor of the fuser unit if working or not

              An error for FIXFAN1_EM signal is detected when 2 seconds have passed since FM8 (main unit cooling/2) has turne ON. The error does not clear after 2 seconds from the OFF/ON operation.

              estimated abnormal parts:
              FM8 (main cooling/2)
              prcb (printer control board)

              (F34-1, F34-2, F34-3, F34-4, F35-1, F35-2, F36-1, and F36-2) are connected error from the fixing unit assembly.
