    Konica Minolta Bizhub 350 Problem with feed in paper

    cassette is lifted but the paper does not feed from any cassette as well as bypass tray.
    Does anyone have a idea where the problem lies.

      i have encountered that kind of problem. does it have a unusual sound? if so check on the drive gear. maybe the gears are broken. or clean the clutches.

          If the paper feed clutch or any work on the top drawer feed drive system was done recently make sure that the drave bracket behind the top drawer is is positioned properly because if it is dropped a little it doesnts give drive to any of the 2 drawers.
