bizhub c252 touch screen dosen't work

hello sir i have a problem of the touch screen of bizhub c252 while im setting up the scan to pc i notice sometimes the machine turn off then on 2 times in the 1rst time its ok but in the 2nd time the touchscreen dosent work. please guys i need your help, thnk you in advance...

bad touchscreen, wiring or prcb. I would reflash the firmware and see if it any better before replacing anything.
