colour problem

hi everybody
any of u come across this problem,in 253 first copy/print comes in black and white and rest will come in colour, every first copy comes in b/w

My psychic powers seem to be slipping...

Did you tell us what manufacturer/model? I'm guessing that a 253 is a Konica-Minolta. =^..^=

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
