did you try image shift from driver?

your problem appears on all prints or is losing leading and trailing edge during printout? ex 15th,16th and then is ok?

I believe this is an issue that has a lot of discussion.

Restart timin, Centering, FD and CD adjust for the tray you want.

What is your paper? Is auto duplexing?

It does also matter if is manual duplex the way you turn around the paper...

              Check FD and CD first.

i cheked CD ,FD &Restart timing. It was ok .everthing i set as service mannual.

                for examble if print a job in 13x19 size , 250gsm , bypass or LU,Sigle side .

if i measure non printable area in all the four sides,
right side & left side measurement is ok (ex:7mm on both sides)
leading edge &trailing edge measurement is not ok (ex:lead-7mm, trailing -9mm)
That means image is not centering on front side.

because of this back side image also not center.

                papersize is exact 13x19 only.

the allowable error in feed timeing on that model is 2mm per side on 11x17, thus you could see up to 4+ mm of feed timeing error on a 2 sided 13x19 print.

what size your image have? is 13x19, 12x18 or another custom size?
scale 100% or fit to page?

I think the best solution for that is to play with image shift.
Also keep in mind that if you have 0,5% deviation on long size you are ok.

as you see is a matter with a lot of parameters and is endless.
