Hello guys and girls.
I've got a 7075 machine showing up with a SC42-04 code. The obvious culprits (related cooling fan, DCPS2 and driving board) were exchanged with another machine, all without success.
Some curiosities:
- The error is not persistent - the machine could be firing up the code on one day and then work fine the next one, giving back the code the day after that.
- I can make the error go away if I turn on the machine without the drum unit and then, if I place the drum back on the machine without turning it off, there's a good chance the machine will work fine for a while or even the rest of the day.
- I've tried disconnecting the finisher and pulling out all the trays to check if there could be any binding that could cause it.
- I've also checked the drum bed, developer unit, cleaning unit and vertical conveyance for any bindings.
Any tips?
Thanks!
